By participating to this course you will be guided through all the steps involved in understanding how Seac regulators work, and learn how to service/repair P-Synchro.

These are the modules included in this course:
Module 1: Basic Course
You will learn Seac regulators operating principles, and more specifically:
what is a regulator
what is its function
how it works
what is the first stage
how it works
what is the second stage
how it works
We will then talk about the organization of the work area and the steps to follow to adjust a Seac regulator.
Module 2: Introduction
We will talk about the use of technical documentation, Seac regulators service/check interval, general service guidelines.
Module 3: First Stage P
You will learn how to servIce/repair the P First Stage.
Module 4: Second Stage Synchro
You will learn how to service/repair the Synchro0 Second Stage.
After having completed these four modules, you will be able to take the final test to obtain the certificate that qualifies you to service/repair P-Synchro.
Lessons list
In order to attend and pass this course, you need to have:
A working P-Synchro regulator.
The necessary equipment (tools, test bench etc...)
Seac recommends to download the technical material available in the "Technical Documents" section and use it during the course.
As seen above, after viewing the 4 modules of the course, you'll be able to take the final test.
You will have to answer to 20 questions, and to get the certification, you will have to provide 80% correct answers.
You can repeat the test with no limit of attempts.
To participate to this course, a deep knowledge of the regulators and their operation principle is not a mandatory prerequisite.
The Basic course has been created with the aim of providing who is not familiar with this kind of product, and the maintenance procedures, with the necessary knowledge.
The First and Second Stage modules will guide you step by step through all phases of the maintenance to ensure you’ll be prepared to take the final test.
